About Nina

Nina is a Certified Life Coach, Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation Teacher, and Tarot Reader. Her work centers on helping clients see themselves clearly and redefine what is possible in their lives.

She supports people in cultivating healthy boundaries, reconnecting to their inner wisdom, and creating meaningful, long-lasting lifestyle change. At the heart of her work is the belief that we all deserve a truly holistic education—one that includes practical tools for building and sustaining a strong relationship with the mind, body, and soul.

Nina’s approach to healing and wellness is deeply informed by her own life experience. Chronic health challenges and childhood trauma ultimately led her to deepen her personal practice and, later, step into teaching. After many years working in the entertainment and fashion industries, she knew it was time to pursue a healthier, more aligned way of life.

In 2014, Nina completed her Yoga and Meditation certification at New York Yoga and began her private wellness practice in Manhattan. A few years later, she moved to Mexico after realizing the city no longer supported the life she wanted to live. During her time abroad, she led over 50 global retreats, guiding yoga and coaching experiences in Morocco, Colombia, Mexico, Cuba, Nicaragua, and beyond.

That chapter brought profound clarity and continues to shape the grounded, expansive way she works today.

Nina is deeply committed to creating safe, supportive space for growth and transformation, and considers it an honor to walk alongside people as they heal, evolve, and step into their fullest lives.

She now lives in Connecticut with her husband, son, and puppy.
